叉燒加熱指南 (Frozen Char Siu Reheating Guide)
產品規格: 500克雪藏叉燒 (Product: 500g Frozen Char Siu)
注意事項: 完全解凍後加熱,避免微波爐(會變韌)。加熱後內部溫度達74°C。
(Note: Fully thaw first. No microwave – meat turns chewy. Internal temp ≥74°C.)
解凍指示 (Thawing Instructions)
• 冰箱解凍(推薦): 冷藏室過夜(約6-8小時)。
(Fridge overnight, ~6-8 hrs.)
• 冷水解凍: 密封浸冷水,每30分鐘換水(約1.5-2小時)。
(Cold water, change every 30 mins, ~1.5-2 hrs.)
• 解凍後用紙巾抹乾表面,提升焦糖脆邊。
(Pat dry for caramelized edges.)
加熱方法 (Reheating Methods)
1. 傳統焗爐 (Conventional Oven)
• 預熱: 180°C (350°F)
• 擺放位置: 中間層架(中間嗰格),熱力平均,邊位易焦。
(Middle rack – even heat, prevents burnt edges.)
• 叉燒切片(約1cm厚)或整塊放烤盤,醬面向上一層錫紙輕蓋。
(Slice (~1cm thick) or whole on tray, sauce side up, loosely cover with foil.)
• 烤 12-15分鐘(切片)或 15-18分鐘(整塊),中途翻轉一次。
(Bake 12-15 mins (sliced) or 15-18 mins (whole), flip halfway.)
• 最後3-5分鐘除錫紙,180°C焦糖化表面。
(Last 3-5 mins remove foil, 180°C to caramelize surface.)
2. 風扇焗爐 (Convection/Fan Oven)
• 預熱: 160°C (320°F)
• 擺放位置: 中間層架,風扇已均勻。
(Middle rack – fan does the work.)
• 無需錫紙,直接放烤盤。
(No foil needed, place directly on tray.)
• 烤 10-13分鐘(切片)或 13-16分鐘(整塊),中途翻轉。
(Bake 10-13 mins (sliced) or 13-16 mins (whole), flip halfway.)
• 最後3分鐘升至180°C上色。
(Last 3 mins increase to 180°C for color.)
3. 氣炸鍋 (Air Fryer)
• 預熱: 180°C (350°F)
• 擺放: 切片單層或整塊,勿重疊。
(Single layer slices or whole, no overlapping.)
• 炸 8-12分鐘(切片)或 12-15分鐘(整塊),中途翻轉。
(Air fry 8-12 mins (sliced) or 12-15 mins (whole), flip halfway.)
• 最後2-3分鐘升至200°C (400°F) 鎖邊脆面。
(Last 2-3 mins at 200°C (400°F) for crispy edges.)
