1️⃣ 氣炸鍋 Air Fryer
預熱至 180°C,放入魚片頭,加熱 6–8 分鐘 或至外層微脆、內裡熱透。
Preheat to 180°C. Air-fry for 6–8 minutes until the outside turns golden and crisp.
2️⃣ 平底鑊煎 Pan Frying
中小火落少許油,將魚片頭煎至兩面金黃,每面約 4–5 分鐘。
Pan-fry on medium heat with a touch of oil for 4–5 minutes each side until golden brown.
3️⃣ 焗爐 Oven Bake
預熱至 180°C,鋪牛油紙或噴少量油,焗 8–10 分鐘。
Bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes on a lined tray until lightly crisp.
