方法一:蒸食(建議)

將產品放入已滾水的蒸籠內,加蓋蒸約 3–5 分鐘 即可享用。

蒸食可保留原有香氣與口感,質地軟糯細緻,味道最為純正。

Steaming (Recommended):

Place into a pre-heated steamer and steam for 3–5 minutes.

This method preserves the original flavour and texture, delivering a soft and delicate bite.

 

 

方法二:蒸後煎(風味升級)

蒸食時可預留 一至兩件,於蒸熟後以少量油煎至表面微金黃。

外層輕脆、內裡綿密,層次更豐富,適合喜歡香口口感的顧客。

Steam then Pan-Fry:

Set aside one or two pieces after steaming. Lightly pan-fry with a small amount of oil until golden.

Crispy on the outside, soft inside — perfect for those who enjoy added texture.
