🍳 墨魚丸烹調方法

Cooking Instructions for Cuttlefish Balls

1️⃣ 已解凍（冷藏退冰後）使用

Defrosted (After Thawing in the Fridge)

將墨魚丸放入雪櫃冷藏室內解凍一晚（或數小時，直至完全退冰）。

煮一鍋足夠的水至沸騰，放入已解凍的墨魚丸，待水再次沸騰後，轉至中小火煮約 2–3 分鐘，直至丸子浮起。

撈起瀝乾，即可食用或加入菜餚中。

Defrost the cuttlefish balls in the refrigerator overnight (or for several hours until fully thawed).

Bring a sufficient amount of water to the boil, then add the thawed cuttlefish balls.

Once the water returns to a boil, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 2–3 minutes, until the balls float.

Drain well and serve, or add to your dish.

2️⃣ 直接從冷凍狀態使用

From Frozen

將墨魚丸直接放入沸騰的水中，用中大火保持沸騰煮約 5–6 分鐘，或直至丸子浮起並完全熟透。

撈起瀝乾，即可食用或加入菜餚中。

If cooking from frozen:

Place the frozen cuttlefish balls directly into boiling water.

Keep the water boiling over medium-high heat and cook for about 5–6 minutes, or until the cuttlefish balls float and are thoroughly cooked.

Drain well and serve, or add to your dish.

最後撈起瀝乾，即可食用或入菜。

Finally, Drain and serve hot.

請冷凍保存於 -18°C，解凍後請勿再次冷凍。

Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
